Returns & Exchanges

We are certain you will be delighted with your Joyfolie purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied please let us know, and we will happily address your concern. Emails for returns should be sent to returns@joyfolie.com.

All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days from the point of shipment, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item. All items must be returned new, unworn, and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned sale items, not purchased through a special sale, (ending in .99) or items returned after 30 days will qualify for an exchange or store credit.

How to make an exchange:

Please send your package along with a note including your name, shipping address and details on the size or style you are exchanging for. We do ask that you return everything exactly as you received it. Please note we have a small shipping charge for the exchanged item{s} to be shipped to you.

We do ask you to consider delivery confirmation for your return or exchange package as Joyfolie is not responsible for lost packages without tracking.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of package. Refunds are made in the form of original payment. Please note if the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

All sale items may be exchanged for a different size or store credit; sale purchases are not available for refunds.  Select items may be final sale, which will be listed in the item description or listed on the site according to the sale taking place at the time of purchase.
